Our story
We started ScaleFirst after watching excellent Indian businesses struggle with the same problem: too much paperwork, too few hands. Talented people were spending their days copying data, chasing WhatsApps and filling the same forms again and again.
Meanwhile, teams were turning away clients during peak season, losing leads after hours, and burning out. Big firms could afford enterprise software and in-house tech. Everyone else couldn’t.
